Description:
Hilton Head Island Airport (a department of Beaufort County) desires to partner with a qualified vendor that specializes in providing digitized parking management services through a cloud-based approach.The objectives are:Increase parking revenue for the airportKeep airport cost per enplanement reduced Upgrade and enhance the parking operations Digitize and automate the entire parking management serviceReduce or eliminate excessive missed revenueProvide regular consultation utilizing gathered data to increase revenue over timeThe RFP seeks to identify a qualified and competent qualified vendor that can proficiently and professionally provide a digitized management platform with all the personnel, expertise, & technologies needed to operate the airport-s parking facilities. The successful respondent will be fully accountable and responsible for all aspects of the parking services and all areas of their management platform.The Airport will require the successful proposer to provide the equipment, the installation, management and oversight of day-to-day operations. If deemed necessary, the airport reserves the right to request the successful proposer to provide valet and/or ground transportation management services.
