The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to The Friendship Baptist Church located at 3530 CHELSEA DR, KANSAS CITY, MO 64128-3500. The Friendship Baptist Church will provide 99 parking spaces for the Kansas City VA Medical Center to use as overflow parking which meets the minimum technical specifications as stated in the Scope of Work (SOW). This will be a firm-fixed price contract.
