Notice of Intent: Sole Source Award
**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION**
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to ABM Industry Groups LLC located at: 14141 Southwest Freeway Sugarland, Texas, 77478, United States for the lease of FIFTEEN UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES for the purpose of secure parking with 24/7 direct and secure elevator access for executive parking at the IRS office at 77 K Street Washington, D.C. 20002.
Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from ABM Industry Groups LLC parking facility which is located within ¼ mile (walking distance) of 377 K Street Washington, D.C. 20002. The NAICS code for this action is 812930. The small business size standard is $41.5M.
The anticipated award date is April 8, 2025, with a one-year period of performance from the date of award.
This Notice is not a Request for Quote, and no solicitation will be issued.
Written responses to this notice will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
