- The City Of Stonecrest Is Seeking Bids From Qualified And Experienced Bidders, (hereinafter Referred To As ¿contractor¿) To Provide Landscape And Maintenance Services At Our City Parks, Sports Fields, And Trails. Services Shall Be Performed In Accordance With The Terms, Conditions, And Scope Of Services Contained In This Invitation To Bid (itb). The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Personnel, Tools, Transportation, Supervision, Machinery, Fuel And Other Incidentals Necessary To Perform The Services Requested Herein And Typical Of These Types Of Projects. Prices Offered On The Attachment ¿b¿ - Bid Cost Proposal Form (bid Sheet) Are All Inclusive And Shall Constitute Complete Compensation. Failure On The Part Of The Contractor To Completely And Properly Evaluate Any Factors Of Costs Prior To Bidding Shall Not Form A Basis For Additional Compensation.
