Army Contract Command - Redstone Arsenal, Technology Development Directorate - Aviation, located in Fort Eustis, Virginia, intends to issue an RFQ and make an award via Army CHESS for a Firm Fixed Price delivery order on a sole source basis to Enterprise Technology Solutions (CAGE 62PR1), located at 9658 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 300, College Park, MD, 20740, for one (1) NExT-PRO-02 Omega-NExT Professional Network Server Software License Bundle and one (1) ODE-SINGLSERV-PERPETUAL OMEGA Data Environment Single User Standalone Software Bundle. The anticipated award date is 3 February 2023. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and is included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 513210—Software Publishers.
