- Description:
- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to staff four-hour, part time, custodians, a manager/supervisor and an account manager to provide cleaning services to New Haven Public Schools (NHPS). The Contractor shall provide sufficient four-hour staff to clean the designated buildings. The Contractor may propose an alternate cost / staff structures for the NHPS- consideration should other schools or properties become available. The NHPS intends to contract with a qualified vendor whose proposal is deemed to be most advantageous. No contract shall be awarded solely based on price. Only those proposals determined to meet all requirements will be given consideration.
