1. This requirement is in support of US Naval HospitalSigonella in Italy.2. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA)Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) intends to awardone FirmFixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of CommercialProducts and Commercial Services to theresponsible offeror whose offerconforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government,price and other factorsconsidered.3. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotationsmust be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the termsandconditions contained in this document.4.
