Statement of Work for Lifestream repairs to #1 Reverse Osmosis Control Panel on CGC MUNRO

Background. MUNRO experienced a class charlie fire on the #1 Reverse Osmosis Control Panel resulting in damage and melting on multiple terminal blocks and wiring. Ships force installed a temporary fix to complete their underway period.

Scope. Provide terminal blocks, wiring and related replacement parts as well as labor of qualified technician to repair the #1 RO control panel.
Objective. The objective of this requirement is to return the ship-s #1 RO control panel to normal operating condition.
Scope. The vendor shall supply the following parts:
