This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordancewith the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offerors that fail to furnish required representation or technical information as required by FARprovisions 52.212-1 or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation shall be excluded from consideration.It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can beaccessed in full text at www.acquisition.govThis solicitation is being issued as under Solicitation Number W9124R-25-Q-A014 which will result in a singleaward,firm fixed price contract. This action is being solicited as unrestricted on GSA eBuy. The NorthAmerican Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery andEquipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $13 Million.Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and tradeoffs are notpermitted. Award will be made on an all or none basis. An offeror must quote on all items in this solicitation tobe eligible for award. Clause 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition and has been included. The following factorsshall be used to evaluate offers: Technically Capable and will be evaluated as Acceptable or Unacceptable.Element 1 - The contractor shall have personnel with a valid Commercial Driers License and requiredHazardous Materials (H) endorsement.
