- The City of Pasadena (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms interested in providing professional engineering services in a phased contract approach involving the development of conceptual and preliminary design, and if determined by the City, to subsequently develop Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) to support the implementation of Pasadena Greenways. Greenways are street corridors that provide traffic calming features and other improvements to help reduce traffic speeds, collisions and increase the safety for all road users including those that are most vulnerable such as people walking, cycling and using other wheeled mobility devices.
