The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to issue a within scope modification to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call W81K0224F0067. Pursuant to FAR 13.303, the referenced BPA Call was awarded under BPA W81K0224A0001. The services that are being performed are non-personal pathology testing services for the Department of Pathology at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This modification will affect the current period of performance of 08 May 2024 to 07 May 2025. The anticipated date for contract modification is on or about 02 May 2025.
The purpose of this modification is to increase the pathology testing service quantities for CLINs 0011, 0019, 0023, 0028, 0035, 0036, 0047-0049.
