• This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5(c)(2)(ii) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 38 USC 8127(c), as implemented by 819.7008 Sole source awards to verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to The Maclean Group LLC for the Philips Intellivue MX750 Patient Monitor and Accessories in support of the Central Iowa VA Health Care System.
