This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research andobtain information from qualified, potential offerors. The televisions will be provided signal independent of the VA network by a vendor isolated network from a third party, spectrum. The devices will in no way connect to the VA network, and no sensitive information, PHI or PII will be transferred. A camera and microphone are desired for video calling to family/friends to improve quality of life.
