PCMC Contract for Mowing, Janitorial, Herbicide Applications, and Snow/Ice Removal at El Dorado Lake, Kansas. Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to update the site visit date/time from 10:30 AM Central Time on Tuesday, 11 March 2025 to 11:00 AM Central Time on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. Amendment No. 0002 is hereby issued to modify FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Product and Commercial Services, based on guidance from Class Deviation (CD) 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts, and CD 2025-O0004, Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability. This modification also removes FAR 52.223-22, Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Emissions and Reduction Goals-Representation, based on CD 2025-O0004, Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability. Due dates for responses remain 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday, 21 March 2025. Amendment No. 0003 is hereby issued to change the solicitation closing date to 3:00 PM CDT, Tuesday, 25 Mar 2025.
