Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA), is expecting to issue a solicitation for USACE Program Controls Office Business Process Support. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is as a means of conducting market research or as a market survey and to gather industry comments, suggestions, or questions before the anticipated release of the solicitation.
This notice is for market research purposes only with the intent to identify vendors that are interested and capable of performing the requirements listed in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
HQ US Army Corps of Engineers (HQUSACE), Program Control Office (PCO) is already established and focused on continuous improvement of programs and projects execution and controls. It is working to improve Program and Project delivery through use of scheduling tools and techniques, fiscal management, change management, and through a host of reporting tools. The PCO has access to a variety of toolsets including but not limited to Primavera P6, P2/PROMIS Environment, Netpoint, Power BI, ESRI, Sharepoint, and APEX. These tools and any others available to the Enterprise can be employed in providing solutions to meet the mission.
