The purpose of this amendment is to update the requirement title and identify the Government's intent to award this requirement as a sole source firm-fixed price contract to JD Packaging Group. If another vendor believes they have the capability to meet every aspect as identified in the Purchase Description and Scope of Work to include the 35 mile geographic distance from delivery address, they may provide a technical capabilities statement before the end of the presolicitaion date of Jan. 2 , 2025. All other terms and conditions dates remain the same.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is issuing this pre-solicitation to satisfy the
requirements in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.204 and FAR 5.207.
