BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Systems Renewal at Penn State is an approach to improving facility conditions across the Main Campus by category. Examples include Building Automation Systems, Elevators, Hazardous Material Abatement, Building Envelope, and much more. The renewal project will utilize a Design-Bid-Build delivery method - under multi-prime construction contracts in collaboration with a Penn State selected CM-A. The project will consist of multiple designs for multiple systems, over multiple years.
