This includes approximately 160,000 GSF of interior area and 20,000 GSF of outdoor covered walkways and seating areas. The project scope also includes the demolition of the existing University Dining Plaza (UDP) building, and the design and new construction of an approximately 61,000 GSF building addition. The new construction is expected to be a Type 1B structure. Project milestone, Onsite Construction, completion is scheduled for May 15 2028.
