The project consists of the complete renovation of the existing 3-story, 128,300 SF Student Union, construction of a 2-story 61,000SF addition, as well as 255,000 SF of sitework. The new construction is expected to be a Type 1B structure. Project milestone, Onsite Construction, completion is scheduled for May 28, 2028.
