Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a hybrid Firm Fixed priced and Time andMaterials service contract to perform calibration, repair, and training on EnvironmentalTest Chambers. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation.The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4)options years. The procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The 2022North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 - Electronic andPrecision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $34 Million and theservice code is J066 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- INSTRUMENTSAND LABORATORY EQUIPMENT. This requirement will utilize Simplified AcquisitionProcedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation numberW911N225QA004 will be released on or about 07 July 2025, with a closing date on orabout 01 August 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimateddate and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. Thesolicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources maysubmit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
