  Amendment 1 - Pre-Solicitation Notice

  Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to Perform Inspections and Tests for Electrical Distribution Systems at USAG Italy DMC Buildings and Plants, in accordance with Italian DPR n 462/2001. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipment to perform services under this contract. The Contractor must be an organization certified by the “Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico” to perform periodical checks on the electrical systems, as per Italian Law DPR 462/01. The Contractor shall verify, identify and certify the safety level of the electrical and grounding systems, based on requirements detailed by Italian Norms CEI EN 6193-6, CEI EN 50522, CEI 0-14, DPR n.462-2001, D.Lgs. 81-2008, for all the buildings and structures listed at point 5.2.1 of the PWS. The PWS will be posted along with the Solicitation.
  Location of the work: The service shall be performed in Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.
  Performance Period: The performance period is 15 July - 31 December 2024.
  Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract.
  Issuance of solicitation: Due to administrative issues, the solicitation will be issued as soon as the problem is solved.
  Response date: To be determined. Please, check in the Request for Quotation (Due-in date for the submittal of quotation)
  Site visit/ pre-quote conference: No site visit or pre-quote conference will be held.
