The contractor shall provide the following Performance Desktop with the following specifications on a brand name or equal, firm fixed price basis including the cost of shipping FOB Destination:
-CPU: 24 cores minimum, 4.2 GHz clock speed minimum (ex: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7960X)
-CPU cooler: must cool CPU above, liquid cooling. (ex: Asetek 836S-M1A 360mm Threadripper CPU Cooler) with fans
-RAM: DDR5 RAM, ECC. must have 64 GB of RAM minimum
-Video card: 8 GB minimum, 4000 minimum CUDA cores, 2.5 GHz clock minimum, GDDR6 or GDDR7 memory
