The Vendor must provide online subscription management and access for DHS RAIO Research via electronic medium to required personnel within 5-7 days of subscription activation. The Vendor must perform all tasks required to obtain the subscriptions and maintain access. This would ensure that subscription access is granted in a timely manner. Subscription should be accessible throughout the contract period of performance. See the attached list of periodicals requiring management.
