  This is a follow up to a pervious synopsized opertunity which an award was not made, N6278626Q0002. This announcement disloves the small business set aside. This annountment clarifies Berry Amendment Requirements, product specification, and requestes pricing options.
  *Pricing options, we are requesting that pricing be provided based upon orginal quantiry requested and a seperate proposal for the reduced quantities. Depending on funding availiblity, the goverment may elect to award the full requirement or the reduced quanties. Please see the redline quote requirements attachment showing the change in quantities.

  Introduction: SUPSHIP, Bath is soliciting quotations for Personalized Galley Uniforms. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.
  The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, considering price, technical acceptability, delivery schedule, and past vendor performance.
  Salient Characteristics:
  The Government requires galley uniforms. The following requirements apply:
  - Berry Amendment compliant, manufactued and asselmbed in the USA.
  - Must meet the Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTR) requirements for domestically-manufactured commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) fabrics for use in a two-piece flame resistant (FR) CS uniform.
