Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service procurement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has a new requirement for Pest Control Services. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation, fuel, chemical solutions/toxic gases, poisonous paste, bait and mechanical traps to eliminate pest that infest buildings and surrounding areas within the New Orleans District Headquarters Reservation. The service to be provided by the contractor shall eradicate such pest but not limited to roaches, spiders, fleas, lice, mice, rats, ants, wasps, and flying insects and termites. Complete control of pests must be maintained during the period of contract. Solicitation Number W912P8-25-R-0032 is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside only procurement under a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is being procured as Firm-Fixed Price under FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The designated NAICS code is 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services, Size Standard $17,500,000.00. The PSC code for this requirement is S207 - Housekeeping - Insect/Rodent Control.
