The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is headquartered in Washington, DC. GPO Headquarters spansapproximately 1 million square feet, to include bathrooms and elevator shafts. GPO-s Bldg. D is located acrossthe street from GPO Headquarters. The GPO warehouse is a distribution & fulfillment center located in Laurel,MD with 105,000 square feet (including bathrooms and dining area).
The GPO requires ongoing pest control management services to address and to control the rodent concerns inand around the GPO-s three (3) facilities: Two (2) buildings in Washington, DC (GPO-s Headquarters, 732North Capitol Street, NW & GPO-s Building D), and one (1) in Laurel, Maryland. The Laurel warehouse will beserviced as needed. The Washington, DC buildings will be serviced 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday,and Friday).
The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, licenses, andtransportation required to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for the interiorand exterior of all buildings located at the three GPO facilities in a manner that ensures the health and generalwell-being of personnel. The areas to be serviced include administrative buildings, dining and breakroomareas, and miscellaneous structures and exterior areas. The Contractor shall perform all services inaccordance with industry standards as well as all terms, conditions, schedules, provisions, and requirementsspecified in this contract. - Documents:
