SCOPE
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and personnel required to conduct pest control/elimination services, to include completion of training, materials, equipment, labels, transportation, and disposal of waste materials and pests by means of euthanasia, proper waste, and/or reclamation/recycling for U. S. Coast Guard Base Alameda. The contractor shall adhere to these requirements in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, in addition to all local, state, federal and Environmental regulations and guidelines. This proposal is for pest control/ elimination at Base Alameda on Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA.
Offerors are to provide price-per-pack charges only. This price must be INCLUSIVE of ALL other costs, including but not limited to items as listed per the SOW, i.e., laboratory fees, waste disposal fees, recovery fees, transporter fees, packaging, labor for handling, administrative costs to provide required documentation, etc.
CATEGORIES OF PEST CONTROL SUBJECT TO THIS SERVICE
Animal Capture and Euthanasia: Animals shall be captured and euthanized to include but not limited to stray dogs/cats, raccoons, rats/mice, squirrels, opossums, coyotes and invasive species. Contractors will comply with Endangered Species Act of 1973, Migratory Bird Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, California Endangered Species Act, California Penal Code 597 (Animal Cruelty).
