In accordance with Far Part 5.2 synopsis of proposed contract actions the Department of veterans affairs shall be posting a solicitation for pest management services NLT 9/18/2025.Market Research concluded that there were not two or more VetCert-listed SDVOSBs or VOSBs capable of performing the work and likely to submit an offer/quote at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the Government. Only one of the two SDVOSBs provided by the Small Business Liaison submitted a response and provided a capability statement. The market research yielded 6 small businesses that contracting believes will qualify for this service and are likely to submit a quote at fair and reasonable pricing. It is this contracting officer s recommendation that the solicitation be posted as a 100% small business set -aside.
