AMENDMENT 0002 to Peterson AFB Turf and Installation Solicitation
Subject: Revision to Solicitation Closing Date
This amendment modifies the Peterson AFB Turf and Installation solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged unless specifically addressed herein.
Modification:
The solicitation closing date is hereby changed from 3:00 P.M. MDT on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, to 4:30 P.M. MDT on Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Notice: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for the purchase and installation of artificial turf at Peterson SFB, CO. The performance requirements must be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform this task.
Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 314110 - Carpet and Rug Mills , and the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees.
Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside.
