Contractor will provide labor necessary to perform Petroleum, oil and lubricant underground tank testing is required by the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ), Environmental Protection Agency and Department of the Air Force instructions at Grand Forks AFB, ND in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.For further information, please see attached:
