This is a public notice in accordance with FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.
The Library of Congress requires preventative maintenance and ad hoc service availability to support it's Parameter Generation and Control (PGC) environmental chambers. This includes onsite service visits, parts repair, replacement, and warranty, and virtual support for the chamber software and hardware.This contract shall comprise one base year and up to three optional years.
In accordance with LC06.305 Availability of the Justification, the Justification and Approval to issue a sole-source contract to Parameter Generation and Control, Inc is posted with this notice. Please see the attachments section for the Justification and Statement of Work. - Documents:
