In accordance with the attached SOW.
This procurment is conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.. Where as the Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award from this soliciitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered..
