AMENDMENT 3
NOAA Solicitation 1305M325R0002 is hereby amended as follows:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) due date on the SF33 is updated to Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:00am MT. The Oral Presentation date in the Section L.10 of the RFP is updated to read: "on or about the week of March 31, 2025". A 3rd round of questions have been added; please reference Section L.11 in the updated RFP. Updated versions (redlined and clean) of the RFPs are added as additional attachments.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

1. Answers to Q&A are posted as an additional attachment.2. Redlined and clean Performance Work Statements are added as additional attachments.3. Redlined and clean Request for Proposals are added as additional attachments.
