INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, 111 47th St, Pittsburgh PA, 15201 to procure a service contract for yearly preventative maintenance and repair for Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
The objective of this sole source award is for a Firm-fixed Price Contract, Five Year BPA, with Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, 111 47th St, Pittsburgh PA, 15201, Unique Entity ID HA3GWLK3JK58. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 6.103-1 (b) Soliciting from a Single Source.
