Philips Healthcare is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Philips DynaCAD. The equipment is proprietary.The contractor shall provide all labor, travel expenses, tools, equipment inspection, personnel, service/maintenance, telephone support, and parts required for the maintenance and services of this equipment. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334510. Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. Size standard 1,250 Employees. Based on market research, it has been determined that Philips Healthcare is the only vendor capable of providing the required service plan for maintenance and service for critical DynaCAD equipment.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations, or expressions of interest.
