Solicitation No. W912PM24Q0039. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside.

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective June 2, 2023. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 with a size standard of $9,000,000.00.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District needs liquid waste removal and disposal for the Government facilities at Philpott Lake in Bassett, Virginia.

The resulting award issued from this request will result in one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Award. Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-4319 Henry county, VA will apply. The Offeror is responsible for referring to the wage determination and applying it as applicable.

The solicitation can only be changed by formal written amendment issued by the Contracting Officer.
