The Turner County Board Of Commissioners Is Accepting Bids For Repairs At The Old Phoebe Building Located At 354 East Washington Avenue, Ashburn Georgia 31714. Bid Specifications Should Consist Of The Following: Scope Of Work Remove All Rotten Wood And Install New Siding And New Shutters. All Soffits Need To Be Repaired And Repainted. Clean And Repaint Canopy. Replace All Countertops. Replace 5 Windows. Must Match Other Windows. Repair Sheetrock Where It Is Needed. Repaint All Walls, Trim Work, And Cabinets. Replace Water Heater ¿ The Recirculating Pump Is Bad. Remove All Carpet And Replace With Vct Vinyl Squares In Waiting Area And Vct Planks In The Back Part Of Building. Lights In The Middle Area Of The Building Need To Be Replaced. All A/c Units Are Bad And Need To Be Replaced. Fire Sprinkler System Piv Valves Outside Are Broken And Need To Be Replaced.
