This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6- Streamlined procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under 70CDCR25Q00000018. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 08/27/2025, and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulations effective 12/12/2024.
