The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the supplies described below. Contract Title:Phoenix VA Healthcare System (VAPHS) requires a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with four option years for uniforms/clothing of various styles, fabric types, blends, sizes, and colors for multiple purposes.Background:VAPHS has a requirement for uniforms of various styles, fabric types, blends, sizes, and colors for multiple purposes. This is an ongoing requirement due to requirements for uniformity at the hospital as job descriptions require. Scope:The vendor shall manufacture and deliver the required uniform items as required by VAPHS as needed. The items will be inspected for acceptance and all accepted items will be received. Requirements/Salient Characteristics:See Statement of Work (SOW)See attachments A & BDeliverables:See attachments A & BNOTE: Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal.
