Description:
This project is set-aside for Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237130. The small business size standard is no greater than $45 million in average annual receipts over the past three years. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both the small business status and the size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the Small Business programs. Your local SBA offices contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). The construction project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
