Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to negotiate with Thomas E. Parker, (CAGE: 4VDW7), located in Broomfield, CO, on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source to obtain Physicist Support Services for the Time Scale, Primary Frequency Standards, and Two-Way and GPS Time Transfer a Laboratory.

The NAICS for this requirement is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a small business standard of $19M. NIST anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price contract to Thomas E. Parker for this requirement.
