Phoenix Indian Medical Center Dietary Dept. is seeking qualified vendors who can provide yearly PM (Preventative Maintenance) and Repair service on PIMC kitchen equipment. (Attached listed kitchen equipment.) The purpose of a PM (Preventative Maintenance) and repair service for kitchen equipment is to proactively identify and address potential issues with appliances before they break down, minimizing unexpected downtime, extending the lifespan of the equipment, and ensuring optimal performance by regularly inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing components as needed; essentially preventing major problems by performing routine maintenance checks and addressing minor repairs early on. This will improve our ability to keep the kitchen equipment working properly and extend its useful life.
