Description
The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Pine Flat Lake Pond liner Replacement.
Project Description: Remove and replace the liners in both evaporation ponds located at Pine Flat Lake (Island Park Campground has a self-contained Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). These ponds hold treated effluent water. The existing ponds have been in operation since prior to the 1970s and provide a fully functioning sewage treatment pond system The evaporation ponds require the Pond liner replacement and measure approximately 16,000 square feet together.
This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The size standard is $16.5 million. Product Service Code is Z1ND Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities.
The solicitation will proceed as a Total Small Business Set Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 30 April 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 30 May 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.
