THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1333MG-25-Q-0036 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) has a requirement for Annual Pipette and Balance Services at the NOAA Hollings Marine Laboratory. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work, and the Service Contract Labor Standards, Wage Determination No. 2015-4427, Date of Last Revision 12/13/2024. The estimated period of performance is February 14, 2025 - February 13, 2026.
The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on price. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor-s quote.
This RFQ is set aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance
