The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
