JOSEPH PARKS & RECREATIONHYDE PARK MAINTENANCE BUILDINGBID # PK25-01Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., June 26, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.The work will generally consist of all labor, equipment, material and permits to furnish, deliver and construct a 40-x 60-x16- clear span pre-engineered wood/steel building.There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 10:00 AM on June 12, 2025, at Hyde Park, located at 402 East Hyde Park Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri.Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Division at the address shown above or by calling 816-271-5330. Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00. Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
