UPDATE (05 Mar 25):
An amendment (FA442725R00120001) was made immediatly after issue of solicitation for the reasons below:
1. Change the response due date from 3 April 2025 to 5 April 2025
2. Remove/edit provisions and clauses IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts, pursuant to Executive Orders 11426 and 14168.

UPDATE (17 Mar 2025):
A site visit for potential vendors will take place at 8:00 AM PDT, 25 March 2025. Meeting location will be inside the Travis AFB Visitor Center, Bldg. 599, Air Base Pkwy, Travis AFB, CA 94535. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to attain visitor badge.
