Description
SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and services as required to continue the leasing of the current swing space on Scott Air Force Base. As part of the solicitation, USACE intends to sole source the work to Mantle-Plocher JV. Mantle Plocher JV is the existing contractor for the facility and continues to serve as lessor of the facility, maintaining ownership of the facility and responsibility for continued operations and management of the facility during the lease period.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.
