Department Name Organization NameADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Project TitleContract No. IFB 25-04Sealed bids are hereby solicited for Construction of Project Titlelocated in Herndon, Virginia.The contract shall include, but not be limited to, removal of existing concrete, installation and finishing (including special finish) of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, handicapped ramps, aprons, slabs, footings, storm structures, pipes and related work in the Town of Herndon.Work consists of providing labor, materials, equipment, services, and administration required in conjunction with, or properly incidental to, construction of the project. All work shall be performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and OSHA requirements.Bids are to be submitted through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/herndon-va, no later than Proposal Submission Time prevailing local time, Proposal Submission Date. Bids received after that time, will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 1:05 p.m., Proposal Submission Date, in the Herndon Municipal Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room located at 777 Lynn Street, Herndon, Virginia 20170.A Will the pre-bid conference be mandatory or non-mandatory?
