Description:
It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe plan check and building inspection services being requested by the County.The County intends to award three-year contracts (with the option to renew for an additional two years in increments of the County-s discretion) to a pool of up to four (4) Bidders selected as the most responsible Bidders whose responses conform to the RFP and meet the County-s requirements. The County neither warrants nor guarantees any minimum or maximum number of projects for the duration of contracts. Projects will be assigned to a Contractor with consideration given expertise, availability, as well as any other criterion the County—in its sole discretion—deems appropriate, including cost. It is anticipated that during the prescribed contract period, there will be a consistent and continuing need for services from the pool of Contractors.
